(Summer-Fall ’01) The City of New York Pass Through Contract;
Polshek Partnership.
Addition of
7,000 s.f. mezzanine in their historic Astor Place Building. Work
includes: scene fabrication shop, state of the art dressing rooms,
administrative offices, new services. All work must be conducted
from a scaffold and hoist built in an adjacent alley. A City of
New York Pass-Through Project $5,000,000
