HVAC Modernization

Installation
of new HVAC system, including two 350 ton chillers, and a total
of 120,000 CFM of cooling. Coordination around active theater
schedule maintained full operation of existing systems throughout
the project. Air handling units, measuring up to 22'x12'x8'high,
were dismantled and rigged through the existing steel trusses
encircling the machine rooms. 100'-long linear diffusers were
custom-bent to match the building architecture, and
were installed within a single Summer building shutdown period.
Also included was a new DDC controls system and a new 3000 Amp
power service. $10,000,000
