New York Kunsthalle
Alteration
and renovation of facility at 210-214 E. 5th St. (Spring '95 to
fall '95) Rogers Marvel Architects. Conversion of 40,000 sf turn
of the century meeting hall into a showplace for contemporary
international art. Project and construction management services
to RA Construction Services Inc. for this $2,000,000 project.
The
Center for Collaborative Education/Coalition for Essential Schools
New York City
Board of Education Alternative High School Program ('94 to '95)
Construction, design evaluation and coordination for the development
of the alternative high school program placing students in small
schools at leased sites. We represent the above organization,
which is working with the School Construction Authority and the
Division of School Facilities in order to implement this program.
Currently involved with six sites. Total budget of approximately
$20,000,000.
Saint Jerome
Renovation to Historic Church Bronx, NY (Ongoing) Pro bono construction
management services for this leading church in the South Bronx.
Assisted in the preparation of master plan and budgeting for restoration
and renovation of building envelope.
The New York Historical
Society
Library Environmental Stabilization (Spring 94) Assisted in evaluating
solutions to the stabilization of the library environment in preparation
for the impending renovations.
